Scriptographer is used to drive Hektor, to Spray-Paint Output Device.

The motion paths are calculated by a geometric algorithm to dampen the movements of the instable installation.

I'd certainly love to hear more about the algorithm that picks the paths. The pictures themselves tell a lot, but I'd be very interested to hear a bit about things like how segments are chosen.

Since there aren't any real cnc apps available for OSX could this be a solution for the rest of us looking for something like that? This looks amazing and hector is crazy great...
