This post serves as a starting point for all discussions related to remote debugging, especially on OS X.

As Scritpgorapher runs nicelly both in CS and CS2 on my development machine, it is very hard to nail down the problem with mysterious crashes on a row of machines out there.

It would help a great deal if someone encountering this problem could devote his machine for a day or so during which I could remotely debug Scriptographer.

To do so the machine should have a VNC server installed and running, for example
OSXvnc .

Through a remote session, I then would install XCode, Eclipse, the Adobe SDK, and of course Scriptographer. As the download for XCode alone is around 900 MB, a fast internet connection is required.

Anyone interested in taking part in this adventure please post a reply here.

This post serves as a starting point for all discussions for people who want to be involved in the development of the plugin itself. Questions about how to set up a development environment and where to start coding will be answered here.
If someone is interested in helping out here, please write a reply to this post so I can see there is an interest in this and will then write all the explanations needed.
